Testing & Validation Engineer (f/m/d)

Job description

As a Testing & Validation Engineer (f/m/d), you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various system tests. In addition, you will work closely with all domains, such as hardware, mechanical, and software, to develop and optimize validation and test cases.

You will be an important team member in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and in shaping tomorrow's mobile power supply by:


  • developing and running standardized test cases for Li-ion batteries on the system level
  • designing of new test methods and supporting the optimization of instagrid test facilities
  • analyzing and presenting test results
  • striving for efficiency by automation
  • having an analytic thinking and an open mind

Job requirements

  • You successfully completed a degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
  • You have professional English skills, German skills would be a plus
  • You got experience as a Test and Validation Engineer, especially in testing or validation of Li-ion batteries
  • You gained first skills in the development and execution of system tests
  • You have been an electrical instructed person (EUP) in a former position, or you previously worked as a qualified electrician (EFK)
