As a Content Strategist (f/m/d), you'll be the architect behind our content ecosystem. Your mission? To create a cohesive, impactful, and user-centric content strategy that resonates with our brand and audience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from marketing to design, to ensure our content hits the mark. Success in this role hinges on your ability to develop and communicate a clear content vision, dive deep into audience insights, map out the customer journey, optimize content across channels, establish content governance, and measure performance to drive continuous improvement. 


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear content vision that aligns with our brand identity, business objectives, and user needs.
  • Audience Insights: Dive deep into audience personas, behavior, and preferences. Understand what makes them tick and tailor and guide content accordingly.
  • Content Mapping: Map out the customer journey and identify touchpoints where content can make a difference. From awareness to conversion, you'll be the content compass for content creators and managers across functions.
  • Channel Optimization: Know your channels—whether it’s our website, social media, email, or beyond. Work with colleagues to optimize content for each platform, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Content Governance: Establish guidelines, workflows, and governance structures. Maintain content quality and consistency across the board.
  • Metrics and Insights: Measure content performance, analyze data, and iterate. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets or A/B testing.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in media, communication, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and user experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence.
