As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) - Norddeutschland, you are an important contact point for our large key account customers and therefore the "face" of instagrid. You will be responsible for all branches of a key account and ensure that users have a convincing and pleasing user experience and that the level of application spreads across all application areas. With your product know-how and experience, you are an important multiplier for our success with selected accounts. You will also contribute your creative ideas to identify new fields of application and make them known across your customer base. In close cooperation with the Key Account Manager, you are a key figure in our market success because customer satisfaction is your top priority. - Being responsible for rolling out negotiated framework agreements with major customers by ensuring that all of the customer's branches get a positive impression of our product portfolio
- Continuously expanding your network within the customers assigned to you and enable our customers to be successful with our solutions
- Using your creativity and enthusiasm to promote familiar and new applications across the various business units of our key accounts
- Bring the product closer to the user through your training and suggestions
- Make sure that your customers have all the information they need to make working with our products easy and that all questions are answered comprehensively
- Ensuring that the degree of utilization of our products is high and that our customers are able to benefit fully from them
- You have a proven track record with sales, ideally in the constuction industry
- You have a comprehensive technical understanding and a good feeling for the applications of our portfolio
- You have a proven track record of success based on your friendly and engaging manner and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, supported by engaging presentations and the ability to win at all levels
- You enjoy traveling within Germany (Norddeutschland) to visit your customers on site and see them in action
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
