Our growth and success is built on a strong sales team: motivated, competent and well informed. For continuous growth of our customer base, we rely on our professional team of Sales Development Representatives, which are the first point of contact for our potential new customers and the "face" of Instagrid. As SDR Enablement Manager (f/m/d) and mentor of the international team of SDRs you are responsible for clearly defined processes and well-trained SDRs to generate highest effectiveness in the early stages of the sales pipeline. Furthermore, you structure the market, coach the SDRs in their outbound sales projects and you contribute with your creative ideas to digitally reach new customer, giving them an outstanding experience. 

Become part of our success story and take up the challenge by:

  • forming a team of professional, efficient and effective Sales Development Representatives across Europe
  • being responsible for processes and enablement in the early stages of the sales pipeline and filling the top of the funnel by prospecting and qualifying new customers to build and grow a strong pipeline
  • Proposing and aligning outbound sales projects with the sales managers across Europe as well as with the Instagrid marketing team
  • gathering well researched information about potential customers as well as their industry and forming a thorough understanding about the respective sales process
  • coaching the SDR team for conducting convincing and value-adding conversations with new customers to identify their needs and differentiate the benefits of our solution from competition
  • continuously improving the sales scripts to qualify and convert leads, and using our digital toolchain of conversation intelligence tool, CRM, and customized digital presentations to analyse and continuously improve the performance of the SDR team

Job requirements

  • You have┬á5+ years of hands-on experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales or in a similar role and some years of experience as team leader
  • You are proficient┬áin CRM software (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Dealfront
  • You have┬áproven hands-on success with sales prospecting techniques for telesales, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
  • You have a┬ágood understanding of sales metrics, which form the basis for data-driven sales approach
  • You are┬áfriendly and have an┬áengaging personality
  • You have┬áexcellent communication and negotiation skills on all levels, which are supported by on-spot presentations
  • You have┬áexcellent English skills, both written and spoken. Other European languages would be a plus
