Working Student (f/m/d) Technical Service

At Instagrid you are part of the clean-tech revolution by helping our customers to experience a long-lasting portable power supply for their everyday off-grid work. You ensure our customers are optimally supported by taking over the administration tasks for the technical service team.

•        Coordinating the transport, storage, and distribution of customer devices

•        Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods thoroughly

•        Executing business transactions in the warehouse and the ERP system

•        Managing the physical warehouse and maintaining order

•        Documenting work instructions with a focus on repair tickets

•        Enrollment in a university program

•        Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented way of working

•        Effective communication with internal stakeholders across all levels

•        On-site availability in Ludwigsburg 3 days per week

•        Good command of spoken and written English, German is a plus
