Working Student (f/m/d) - Marketing DACH & Benelux

Your mission

As a Working Student in the Marketing & Communications team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Benelux market, with a primary focus on the Netherlands. You will contribute to the creation and localisation of marketing content in Dutch and English across social media, newsletters, and the website, support the management and growth of our regional social media presence, and assist in reporting and performance analysis of ongoing campaigns.

Success in this role means that campaigns go live on time with localized content that feels native to Dutch audiences, social media engagement in the region grows consistently, and your performance reports provide clear, actionable insights that directly inform our marketing decisions.

This role sits within the broader DACH & Benelux marketing function and is a key driver of our regional growth ambitions, ensuring that our brand shows up authentically and effectively in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Your Impact

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Netherlands.

• Create and localise marketing content in Dutch and English for social media, newsletters, and the website.

• Manage and grow our regional social media presence.

• Report on campaign performance and provide ongoing analysis.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (min. 4th semester), ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong Dutch language skills (min. C1) and fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Interest in international marketing and an affinity for digital channels.

• Initial work experience in marketing is a plus.

• Structured, independent working style with strong time‑management skills.

• A team player who genuinely enjoys working in an international environment.
