As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) for UK North, you'll be the primary point of contact for our key account customers, embodying the essence of Instagrid. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional user experience and promoting the adoption of our technology among clients. Your responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, facilitating product understanding, and leading growth initiatives. By immersing yourself within each key account, you'll become an invaluable asset, instrumental in driving our market success through unmatched customer satisfaction.   • Effectively implement negotiated framework agreements with major customers, ensuring a positive impression across all branches
  • Proactively expand your network within assigned customers, enabling their success with our solutions
  • Creatively and enthusiastically promote both familiar and new applications across various business units of key accounts
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to users, ensuring our product is easily accessible and user-friendly
  • Ensure seamless product utilization by addressing inquiries comprehensively and providing all necessary information to customers
  • Drive high product utilization to ensure our customers fully benefit from our solutions

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the construction industry, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to customers
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, backed by engaging presentations that captivate and persuade potential clients
  • Willingness to travel within the Southern UK region to conduct on-site visits with customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Committed to continuous self-improvement and process optimization, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our team
