As our IT Administrator - 1st & 2nd Lvl Support you will be playing a crucial role and act as a first line of contact for IT-related questions from our employees and be responsible for our Helpdesk and...

• will be the first Point of Contact for IT related questions
• will act as a 1st & 2nd Level international support (German+English) + Onsite Support in our Headquarter (Ludwigsburg)
  
• will take care of our IT Assets & Inventory
  
• will provide the IT Equipment throughout the whole Employee Lifecycle
• will take a part in the On-/Offboarding of employees
• will be responsible for Ticket Classification & Management
• will actively be involved in writing Documentation
• will assist in various IT Projects 

• You finished your studies or apprenticeship in an IT-related field
• You gained around three years of experience in a similar role
• You have a service-oriented and analytical mindset 
• You worked with Windows and MacOS systems
• You can communicate with Stakeholders on different Levels in English and German 
• If you already worked with tools from our Techstack, (e.g. MS Intune, EntraID, Jira, Confluence) it is definitely a plus
