🚀 We are growing. Will you grow with us?

At Instagrid, we work together to make the world a little bit better. We have a strong, innovative product, a motivated team and a clear vision. What we are missing? YOU! To continue our success story, we are expanding our People & Culture Team.

As a International People Partner (f/m/d), you are the first point of contact for all new employees and remain their permanent point of contact during their employment at Instagrid - from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage the entire onboarding process from signing the contract to settling in with the team and keep a constant eye on potential improvements to our employee experience. Together with your team, you will work on our Perks & Benefits structure for all countries and constantly expand the portfolio. Sometimes good things come to an end, so you will also be responsible for the offboarding process and ensure that former employees become future advocates.

Your tasks include:

  • You see yourself as an internal people partner and support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle in all HR, disciplinary and employment law matters
  • You ensure an excellent people experience - from onboarding to offboarding
  • You work constructively and trustfully with all internal and external interfaces and find creative, pragmatic solutions even in difficult situations
  • You drive forward the digitalization and automation of our people processes
  • You are responsible for and design a wide range of people projects, e.g. in the areas of perks & benefits and exit management

Job requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of work experience within a People & Culture team with similar tasks
  • You work with great attention to detail and have an excellent eye for accuracy
  • Ideally, you bring experience with HRIS and other digital tools (e.g., Personio, Bridge, Confluence)
  • You are familiar with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement, fixed-term contracts, and confidentiality act
  • You have a profund knowledge of labor legislation within EU countries
  • You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

What we offer

  • a dynamic environment in a fast-growing structure with a very flat hierarchy
  • the opportunity to join a company at the cutting edge of its field
  • a laptop and a cell phone (Iphone or Samsung)
  • 30 days paid vacation

At Instagrid, we are deeply committed to equal employment opportunities as we believe in the power of diverse teams. We do not just accept diversity but actively search for the best talent regardless of gender, ethnical origin, age, religion, sexual orientation or place of origin. Working as a team, we treat each other with respect and value each other’s opinions to achieve our common goals.

We are looking forward to receiving your application!
