Working Student (f/m/d) Finance

Your mission

As a Working Student in Finance, you will support our finance team in day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on credit card and travel expense management. You will also contribute to tax-related projects and actively participate in improving our financial processes. Working closely with the team, you will help identify automation potential and support its structured implementation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the diverse responsibilities of a modern finance function within a fast-growing company.

Your Impact

• Process and review credit card and travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with local GAAP as well as internal policies and guidelines.

• Support the preparation and execution of tax-related projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing finance processes and develop practical solutions together with the team.

• Assist in the design and implementation of automation initiatives, actively contributing to their structured rollout.

• Provide administrative support in day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.

• Initial practical experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling through internships or previous working student positions.

• Willingness to learn and work with new tools and software.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working, particularly when handling numerical data and meeting deadlines.

• Confident communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.

• High level of discretion and professional responsibility when handling sensitive financial information.
