Working Student (f/m/d) Business Systems

At Instagrid you enable our company to contribute in the clean-tech revolution by managing and optimizing business systems, streamlining business processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving customer engagement, ensuring system scalability, data security, and cross-department collaboration, the department supports business growth and operational efficiency.

You’ll be a problem-solver, a builder, and a co-pilot, helping design scalable systems and smarter workflows that impact the entire company.

•        Support all core business systems, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and automation tools

•        Work closely with the Systems Team to plan, test, and deploy new solutions

•        Collaborate with our NetSuite developer on scripts, customizations, and integrations

•        Troubleshoot system issues and support users across departments

•        Help map and improve business processes for operations, sales, and finance

•        Build documentation and maintain clear system knowledge bases

•        Contribute to cross-functional meetings and project updates—you’ll have a seat and voice at the table

•        Enrollment in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a similar degree

•        Interest in ERP/CRM systems and business operations

•        Comfortable with JavaScript (SuiteScript experience is a plus)

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•        Fluent in English (written & spoken, German is a plus)

•        Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and documentation tools

•        Bonus: interest in AI, automation, or process design
